Free standard shipping on orders over $99 or more to a single address in the US only. Free shipping offer doesn't apply to wholesale orders and international shipping.
Shipping fee will be calculated in the shopping cart and when checking out. We love our earth by reusing used, clean boxes to ship your order. If you are a long-time customer, you probably have seen many varieties of our shipping boxes :-).
We don't process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Please see our office holiday schedule. Express shipment will be shipped the next business day with USPS Express Priority Mail delivery (1-2 business days).
Be aware that delays happen occasionally. Esther's Nail Center is not responsible for any delays caused by transit, custom or adverse weather conditions beyond our control.
Order can be shipped via USPS Priority Express, Priority, First Class or Standard Ground (Standard Post or Fedex Ground). All shipments are subject to stock availability. In-stock order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If an order will be delayed by more than 4 working days we will notify you via email of any shipping delays.
Average delivery time inside the USA is 2-3 business days for Priority and First Class, 5 business days for Fedex Ground and up to 9 business days for Standard Post.
We ship to most countries except to: Middle East, Brazil, Egypt, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Lithuania, South Africa, Thailand, Ukraine, Venezuela, etc. You may contact us to check if we ship to your country.
International orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Shipping fee for international orders is shown in the shopping cart and doesn't include tax or custom fee. Buyer is responsible for custom brokerage fee and tax.
Order will be shipped via USPS International First Class or Priority Mail. Estimate delivery time for Priority Mail is up to 2 weeks and up to 4 weeks for First Class. Delay does happen and usually happens at the custom at the destination country. If that's the case it can take 2 or 3 months for your order to be delivered.
USPS International First Class doesn't track your package once it departs from the US. So, if you want shipping with tracking, choose Priority Mail or Express EMS. We are not responsible for lost items or delay during delivery. For shipping with other carriers, please contact us to arrange shipment.
Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to Esther's Nail Center. If you'd like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. Please contact us to arrange the shipment.
Esther's Nail Center is not responsible for any delays caused by transit, custom or adverse weather conditions beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery, or returned due to an “undeliverable address”. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
We can ship to your hotel as requested. Please contact us first to arrange the time and address. Allow at least 2 weeks to process your order. When placing your order, add a message on what dates exactly you'll be staying in the hotel.
We have the right to cancel order if necessary (for example for out-of-stock items or security purpose). A notice will be sent by email to customer.
