Questions and Answers
A: Average delivery time inside the USA is 2-3 business days for Priority and First Class, and 5 business days for Fedex Ground and 7 business days for Parcel Post.
Estimate delivery time for International shipment is up to 2 weeks. But International order can take longer time due to custom process, etc. Usually after 1 month your package will arrive.
Sometimes, delays do happen. If after estimated delivery time you haven't received your order and you may contact us.
Another thing you can do is to check online at www.usps.com or www.fedex.com and enter in your tracking number to find out the status of your package.
A: You can find the tracking number by logging into your account. Or you can check the shipping notification email that is sent automatically to you by PayPal or Fedex on our behalf. You can use the number to track the package at www.usps.com or www.fedex.com.
A: Yes, we ship world wide with USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Selected items can't be shipped internationally, such as acetone, alcohol, nail cleanser and gel removers.
The international shipping cost is based on the total weight of the order. You may see the shipping cost in the shopping cart. Click the estimate shipping button and enter in your address.
A: We accept credit card, debit card, PayPal, check or bank deposit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All credit/debit card payment will be handled securely via PayPal payment gateway.
We accept payment through bank deposit as well. Our bank is CHASE. Go to the nearest CHASE bank and get a deposit slip. Fill in the details on the deposit slip (Account Name, Account Number, Amount). Please make sure to pay and indicate the right total amount on the deposit slip. Get your copy of the deposit slip from the bank teller and photo/scan a copy of it. Email us the scanned copy to email@example.com.
A: As soon as you receive wrong or damaged items, please contact us. We usually send you the replacements with no extra shipping charge except for returned items due to buyer's mistake.
A: You can return or exchange the merchandise for other products. Simply email us and we'll let you know what to do. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the returned order. We won't reimburse the return shipping fee.
A: If you forgot your password or login, simply click the My Account menu on the top and click the link "Forgot Your Password" under the Sign In button.
A: Sorry about the problem. It's usually caused by some blocked java scripts by your browser. When checkout, choose the country first, then choose the state/province. If the problem persist, try to use a different browser or computer. Otherwise, you may skip the state/province or enter anything AND type in your correct address in the 'Leave a message' text box field.
