Free standard shipping on orders over $99 or more to a single address in the US only.
Shipping fee will be calculated in the shopping cart and when checking out. We show care for our earth by reusing used, clean packing materials to ship your order.
We ship within 1-2 business days. We don't process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, which means orders placed on these times will begin processing the following business day. Please see our office holiday schedule. Express shipment will be shipped the next business day with USPS Express Priority Mail delivery (1-2 business days).
Be aware that delays happen occasionally. Esther's Nail Center is not responsible for any delays caused by transit, custom or adverse weather conditions beyond our control.
Starting 2020, we regretfully no longer ship to US Military addresses outside the USA.
Order can be shipped via USPS Priority Express, USPS Priority, or Standard Shipping (Standard Post or Fedex Ground). All shipments are subject to stock availability. In-stock order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Sometimes delay happens because the items are temporarily out of stock. If an order will be delayed by more than 4 working days we will notify you via email of the delay.
Average delivery time (not including the order processing time) inside the USA is
- 1-2 business days for Priority Express
- 2-3 business days for Priority
- 4-7 business days for Standard Post.
We ship to most countries. You may contact us to check if we ship to your country. International orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Shipping charge for international orders will be shown in the shopping cart and it doesn't include tax or custom fee. Buyer is responsible for custom brokerage fee and tax.
Order will be shipped either via USPS International First Class or Priority Mail. Estimate delivery time (not includng the order processing time) for international shipment is:
- Up to 2 weeks for International Priority Mail
- Up to 4 weeks for International First Class.
Delay is common especially during holidays and usually happens at the custom office of the destination country. If that's the case it can take longer for your order to be delivered. USPS International First Class doesn't track your package once it departs from the US. So, if you want shipping with tracking, choose Priority Mail or Express EMS. We are not responsible for lost items or delay during delivery.
Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to Esther's Nail Center. If you'd like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. Please contact us to arrange the shipment.
Esther's Nail Center is not responsible for any delays caused by transit, custom or adverse weather conditions beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery, or returned due to an “undeliverable address”. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUEST
We can ship to your hotel as requested. Please contact us to arrange the time and address. Allow at least 2 weeks in advance to process your order. When placing your order, add a message on what dates exactly you'll be staying in the hotel.
RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDER
We have the right to cancel order if necessary (for example for out-of-stock items or security purpose). A notice will be sent by email to customer.
