Questions and Answers
A: You may contact us. For your information, the average delivery time inside the USA is 1-2 business days for USPS Priority Express, 2-3 business days for USPS Priority Mail, and 5-7 business days for Standard and Parcel Post.
Estimate delivery time for USPS Priority Mail International shipment is up to 2 weeks and 4 weeks for USPS First Class. However, international shipping may take longer time due to custom process, etc. Usually after 1 month your package hasn't arrived, you can contact your local Post Office to inquiry about your package.
A: Sure! You can find the tracking number by logging into your account or by checking your shipping notification email that is sent automatically to you once we make the shipment. You can use the number to track the package at www.usps.com or www.fedex.com.
Please be aware that First Class International shipping option doesn't provide tracking once the package is outside the USA.
A: Yes, we ship to most countries. Selected items can't be shipped internationally, such as acetone, alcohol, nail cleanser and gel removers.
The international shipping cost is based on the total weight of the order. You may see the shipping cost in the shopping cart. Click the estimate shipping button and enter in your address. Please note, that you'll be responsible for custom and tax when importing items to your country. These fees are not included in the shipping fee charged in your purchase.
A: We accept credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Visa Checkout, Amazon Pay and PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All credit/debit card payment will be handled securely. Other payment options may be added in the future.
A: Esther's Nail Center no longer offers wholesale.
A: As soon as you receive wrong or damaged items, please contact us. We usually send you the replacements with no extra shipping charge except for returned items due to buyer's mistake.
For electronics and lamps that stop working within the warranty time, we suggest you to contact the manufacturer directly to claim the warranty. The information is usually available in the warranty card or manual.
A: You can return or exchange the merchandise for other products. Simply email us and we'll let you know what to do. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the returned order. We won't reimburse the return shipping fee.
A: If you forgot your password or login, simply click the My Account menu on the top and click the link "Forgot Your Password" under the Sign In button.
A: Sorry about the problem. It's usually caused by some blocked java scripts by your browser. When checkout, choose the country first, then choose the state/province. If the problem persist, try to use a different browser or computer. Otherwise, you may skip the state/province or enter anything AND type in your correct address in the 'Leave a message' text box field.
