- You can return or exchange items (except final sale merchandise) within 21 days of the Receipt Date for exchange or refund to your original payment. Between 21 days to 30 days, we'll issue refund in store credit or gift certificate. After 30 days, it is not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Return the products with its packing slip, manual, accessories and free gifts associated with the merchandise in their original packaging.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable; however, replacement and exchange will be delivered free of charge.
- We do not accept returns or exchange for items shipped internationally.
- Restocking fee of 15% will be charged on returned electronic items. The fee will be applied to cover the cost of the processing and shipping.
- Buyer will be responsible for return shipping fee unless the return/exchange is because of company error.
- Exchanges can be made by returning the products to us. Customers are responsible for paying any additional difference in price and sales tax for exchanges of greater value.
- Please email us at email@example.com in advance before returning items for instructions with information such as your name and order number. Failure to do so may permit us to deny your refund request. Return request also can be made in your ENC store account.
- You can request either a refund or an exchange. If you request a refund within 21 days of the receipt date, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved. Between 21 days to 60 days, we'll issue refund in store credit or gift certificate. After 60 days, it is not eligible for exchange or refund.
- If you request an exchange product, please let us know your replacement item. It will be sent out once your return is processed and approved.
