Order Info
You can order via our online shopping cart, telephone or email. We provide an Order Form that you can print, in case you need one. We add 7.75% sales tax for orders within the state of California only, unless you have a seller permit.

Secure Online Payment

We accept credit card and PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal member to pay. Order by telephone can be paid by credit card, money order, or check.

Payment by Check or Money Order
We also accept money orders. Merchandise will be shipped after the payment has cleared. Please note that we must wait a full 10 business days for personal and business checks to clear before we process your order. Make the check or money order payable to Esther's Nail Center and send it with your order form (you can also print your shopping cart list) to:

Shipping Policy

Shipping is only $5.95 now matter how much you order! And for order over than $100, you will have FREE Standard Shipping to a single address within the United States only.

Order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, First Class or Fedex Ground. All shipments are subject to stock availability. In-stock order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If an order will be delayed by more than 4 working days we will notify you via email of any shipping delays. Average delivery time inside the USA, once an order is shipped is 2-3 business days for USPS and 5 business days for Fedex round.

The fees below apply to orders shipped within the United States only. Note that the shipping fees are subject to change without notice.

Please note that we don't provide insurance for shipping via USPS First Class, Priority Mail and Global Prioriy Mail. We are not responsible for lost items or delay during delivery.

We use either recycled or biodegradable peanut foam to cushion each order. Our biodegradable peanut foam is made from vegetable starch, water-soluble and compostable. Please recycle it!

International Shipping
Generally, we ship internationally except Adoree and Nubar product lines. Any international order that includes those products will be refunded fully/partially. Rarely, we may request additional shipping fee. Order will be shipped via USPS International First Class or Priority Mail. Estimate delivery time for International First Class is 5 -10 business days.

Please note that we don't provide tracking number and insurance for international shipping. We are not responsible for lost items or delay during delivery.

Return/Exchange Policy

• All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• All items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging.
• Please contact us in advance before returning/exchanging items.
• We won't reimburse your return shipping fee unless the return/exhange is because of company error.
• Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be assessed to all returned products, unless the return is because of company error. All manicure and pedicure tools are non-returnable.
