1. Do you sell other brands of nail polish?
   We carry exclusively Adorée professional nail lacquer and nail treatment, BeYou and French Collection nail lacquers. We don't supply other brands.
2. Are all of your nail polish and nail treatment formaldehyde, toluene and DBP free?
   Yes. All of our nail polish and nail treatments, including base and top coats are Formaldehyde, Toluene, and DBP free. Plus, the nail polish has hardeners to help strengthen your nails.
3. Do you ship outside the USA?
   Generally, yes, except nail polish, nail art and nail treatment. They are categorized as dangerous goods and very expensive to ship overseas in small quantity.
4. How to buy wholesale? How to be a distributor? Do you have a minimum order?
   To be our wholesaler/distributor, we need a proof of your business or company such as business license, seller permit, business card, or your online store URL. If you can't provide a business proof, you still can buy our products in bulk at discounted prices. For more info, check out the wholesale information or contact us.
   
5. Do you have black, deep dark purple nail polish?
   Yes, we have black and dark purple nail polish. The black color is Adorée Space Black #195 and the dark purple color is Adorée Night Shade #136. Please visit the Adorée color collection.
6. Do I have to get a PayPal account to buy online? Can I pay with a credit card?
   You don't have to have a PayPal account to shop with us. You can use your credit card. However, you'll also have an option to pay with your existing PayPal during checkout.
7. Do you have a catalog?
   At the moment, our brochure is available for wholesale customer only. But, it's better for you to check our website to see the latest info, products and special offer since wel update our website frequently.
8. I don't want to pay by credit card. Can I pay by money order/check?
   We accept payment by money order/check. Please note that we must wait a full 10 business days for checks to clear before we process your order. For faster service, you may pay with money order. Make it payable to Esther's Nail Center.
9. I want to order online, but since I can't see the polish I'm not sure about the colors. Could you help me?
   We can send you some stroke samples of any color you like on a piece of white paper. Just let us know which number you'd like and also provide your address to where we'll send the sample.
